1. Jurisdiction & Regulatory Alignment (Singapore)

GH Oilfield Solutions Pte. Ltd. is incorporated in Singapore and operates in accordance with:

  • Singapore Companies Act (Cap. 50)

  • Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) requirements

  • Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulatory framework (where applicable)

  • Singapore Customs regulations governing international trade

We ensure that all trading activities are conducted transparently and in compliance with applicable licensing and reporting obligations.

2. Sanctions Compliance

We comply with all applicable international sanctions regimes, including but not limited to:

  • United Nations (UN) Sanctions

  • Singapore Sanctions Framework (Monetary Authority of Singapore / Ministry of Foreign Affairs)

  • European Union (EU) Sanctions

  • U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations

All counterparties—including clients, suppliers, and intermediaries—are subject to screening prior to engagement using risk-based due diligence procedures.

We do not engage in transactions involving sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions.

3. Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption

GH Oilfield Solutions maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption.

Our practices are aligned with:

  • Singapore Prevention of Corruption Act

  • UK Bribery Act (as a global best practice benchmark)

We prohibit:

  • Offering or accepting improper payments, kickbacks, or facilitation payments

4. Export Control & Trade Compliance

We comply with all applicable export control and trade regulations, including:

  • Singapore Strategic Goods (Control) Act

  • International export control frameworks (as applicable to transaction jurisdictions)

GH Oilfield Solutions operates as a supplier of non-controlled industrial materials and equipment.

We do not trade in:

  • Controlled chemical precursors

  • Military or defense-related equipment

  • Dual-use items requiring export licenses (unless explicitly approved and licensed)

All transactions are reviewed to ensure compliance with applicable export control requirements.

5. Product Scope & Risk Classification

Our business activities are focused on the supply of standard industrial and oilfield materials, including:

  • Steel pipes and tubular products (API / ASTM standards)

  • Industrial metal materials and components

  • Oilfield equipment and related accessories

All products supplied are classified as non-hazardous and non-restricted under standard international trade frameworks, unless otherwise specified and approved.

6. Counterparty Due Diligence (KYC / KYB)

We implement risk-based due diligence procedures prior to entering into business relationships, including:

  • Corporate verification (registration, ownership structure)

  • Sanctions and watchlist screening

  • Commercial legitimacy checks

Enhanced due diligence is applied for higher-risk jurisdictions or transaction structures.

7. Financial Integrity & Transaction Transparency

We conduct business through regulated banking channels in Singapore and internationally.

Our policies include:

  • No acceptance of anonymous or third-party payments without justification

  • Alignment between contractual counterparties and payment entities

  • Proper invoicing and documentation for all transactions

We maintain accurate financial records in accordance with Singapore accounting standards.

8. Supply Chain & Ethical Sourcing

GH Oilfield Solutions works with established manufacturers and suppliers.

We aim to ensure that:
